Jamie Bull

Producer, Director, Manager, Consultant - Performing Arts

Background and experience
Since 1976, I have been consistently and successfully involved with a significant range of touring projects in a wide range of roles both nationally and internationally.
In my current primary role as Artist Manager, I am continue to be involved in many aspects of the creativity and project management for tours on a regular basis for my clients.
In reality I have over 30 years experience of creating, and directing and planning and administering simple and complex projects with all the associated challenges of managing the creative aspect from idea to product and all the aspects of bringing it to fruition including  budget (including grants and sponsors) the contracts, the transport, the venues, the Itinerary juggling, the accommodation, the marketing and the promotion, the “ mop up” and most critically the personnel.
In that time I have faced an incredible range of expected and unexpected circumstances, made my fair share of mistakes and now believe I have developed a thorough knowledge of most aspects of the industry.
I have worked on projects within many of the main Professional theatres/ companies including Downstage, Bats, Circa,  the Court Theatre, and Centrepoint.
I have long been an advocate for access to artistic practice and creativity for all members of our community and have contributed in this field for all of my professional life.
